POST OCCUPANCY

An in-house ‘care-team’ stands in active attention to take care of their customer needs right from petty plumbing services to interior design suggestions.

	1. Care Team :
	The Care Team is a single point contact for all pre occupancy and post occupancy coordination’s and it also provides consultancy service to customer. The Care Team was primarily designed and deputed to give consultation to the customers from an in-house architect on all the technical aspects right from the Agreement stage to Possession stage. A team member is always available to help the customer at every step of Execution, Customization & Extras. Customers are requested to contact the Care team for all their needs and specifications. The Scope and responsibilities of the care team are as detailed below:

	i.	Assistance & consultancy in every aspect of flat construction , interior designing, customization and final finishes.
	ii.	Coordination with Technical team for execution of customer customization

	2. Scope for Customization :

	•	Sanitary ware
	•	Fabrication

	On payment of extra cost, customer can also avail packages that include Interior designing & execution, Electrical light, fans, hot water geezer, curtain rods, cloth drying hanger etc.

	3. Support team (service center) :
	The support team consists of well-qualified civil engineers to service all the buildings & units post occupancy free of cost for one year. It is a single point contact for all building & interior needs requested by the customer. The Support Team takes care of the customers requests pertaining to building or flat maintenance, renovation, interiors etc. It is involved right form designing, consultancy, mobilizing skill men, purchasing, execution, purchases. Once a customer invests in buying property with Fortune Constructions, he/she can avail the services of the support team throughout the life of the building . Post occupancy of a flat, support team is a point of contact for all maintenance and repair related services and those covered in guarantee card which are done free of cost for the first one year. Support team will also deliver extra services at nominal charges apart from the above specified such as interior designing, fittings of electrical & other fixtures, painting, carpentry works etc.
